You decide what's public. Coaches see a preview, and your full profile opens with your access code. When you email a coach, include your code so they can go straight in. If a coach finds your profile another way, they can request the code right from the page and it's emailed to them automatically. The required basics are already public through your school and state association. Personal details like GPA, height, and weight are optional, and you choose where they show.

You can create extra codes and turn codes off anytime (people already viewing keep access for up to 12 hours). Code requests are sent automatically, so we don't check who is asking.

Yes. Your profile is always editable. Add new videos, update stats, or change your design whenever you want. Your first build gets a quick quality check by our team, usually within a business day (a build finished on a Saturday may go live Monday). After that, most edits go live right away.

An optional $149 one-time add-on (it is not part of the $399 profile price) for families who don't have a counselor or advisor helping with the college search. For the schools on your list, it includes ready-made prompts for research, coach outreach, and follow-up, a college-cost guide, and a private tracker. You bring a list of up to 20 schools, or we help you start one, and we set it up with you in your own AI project so you can run it yourself and keep it current. You confirm program and cost details yourself using the prompts.

It is a foundational starter kit, not a service we run for you. You run it in your own account in a tool such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, which is free to use today and separate from AthleteIntro. If you already work with a school counselor or a recruiting advisor, you probably won't need it.

No. Your profile displays videos from URLs you provide, Hudl, YouTube, Vimeo, or any other platform where your film lives. You maintain full control of your video content on those platforms.

Yes! One account can manage profiles for multiple athletes. Perfect for families with siblings or parents helping multiple students.

Your profile is $399 per athlete, per year (introductory pricing). Sign up during introductory pricing and your $399 annual rate is locked in; it won't increase at renewal. Managing more than one athlete in your household? Each additional athlete is 25% off the rate you pay. Promotional codes are separate: a code applies to your first year only, and renewals are billed at your locked $399 rate. The College Recruiting Launchpad toolkit is a separate, optional $149 one-time add-on, not required and not included in the $399.

Free profiles are fine, and you should fill them out. The club asked for one, and it won't be the last: most families end up with 10 or 12 of them, and they go stale and get lost. Your AthleteIntro profile is the master profile you keep current, and it helps you fill all the others fast.

Keep in mind that a free profile puts you in someone's database, so expect sales calls for paid services. Our model is simple: families pay for the profile. We don't charge coaches or schools, and today we don't sell your data.

We're a profile platform: we give you the foundation, your family builds and controls the profile, and you manage the outreach and relationships yourself. Coaches have options. They can do it the old-school way, calling around, Googling, piecing things together. You decide what goes on your profile and what stays in the public preview versus behind your access code. You can edit, export, or ask us to delete it. If we ever change how data is used, you'll know before it happens, not after. Our model is simple: you pay for a profile, and that profile serves you.

Today, your data powers your profile and nothing else. We don't sell it. The preview you choose is public. The full profile is visible to people with your access code, including anyone who requests one from your page. We also share data with the companies that handle payments, email, hosting, analytics, and our optional Story Spark writing helper. You can export your information anytime, or ask us to delete it.

Official season stats live with your state's governing body. You can also track numbers that aren't posted there, but they should be consistent with what the governing body posts, and defensible. Update as often as you like.

Our current approach: your data powers your profile, period. We don't sell athlete data to coaches, recruiters, or third parties. If our data practices ever evolve, we'll tell you what's changing and why before it takes effect. Transparency is how we earn trust.
